I recently had the pleasure of working with Loan People to secure financing for my new home, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the support of Sr. Loan Officer Maria Macias and her fantastic coworker Anna Valles. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to guide my wife and me through every step of the funding process. Maria and Anna were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable and even enjoyable. Their dedication to their clients is evident, and it truly felt like we had a strong team behind us. They explained everything clearly and were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. Tania and her team did everything to help us and get us through the process. It was pretty much smooth sailing when we did run into a bump, Tania and her team did everything they could to figure out the situation. I pretty much had to sign papers and give documents they did everything else. Very friendly and we are extremely grateful.

We think buying a house in El Paso is currently quite a lengthy complicated process. Since it was our first time buying we did not expect it to take so long and have so many roadblocks. Rudy was great at helping us along the process and making sure we were able to close. He is always available and works extremely hard to assist his clients. We would use Rudy again the next time we buy.
