They got us approved and closed in under a month for our new home. Everyone on Team Tania was so helpful and always available to answer questions and walk us through the process. Tania was very thorough in explaining the loan to us and giving advice on escrows and down payments. Tania also got us an insanely low interest rate and we could not be more excited. Could not recommend Tania and her team enough!

there was no single moment when i felt i was alone, everytime single time i would call or email i ALWAYS had a response right away. Denise Herrera was also a great help! i met with her and she was just extremely helpful

Our team worked hard to make sure we had everything we asked for from the builders (who were difficult at times) and made sure to have us closed by the original closing date that we were told from months in advance even though the builders made it difficult for them.
