Tania and Richard were incredible. They were very thorough and provided a stress free, comfortable, and professional experience for a 1st time home buyer. I tried 2 other so called preferred lenders that Carefree Homes recommended prior to landing with Tania Murray and Richard Hekking, the others are no where near the standard. I appreciate Tania reaching out to me directly, and working with Janet and me to insure the transaction was closed on time. She did everything she could to control even the controllables presented by underwriting. I'm asking that underlying completely review a file at least 3 weeks prior to closing instead of 3 day prior to closing. Tania worked feverishly to overcome the obstacles and I applaud her for that.
Working with Maria and her team at LoanPeople was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
