Maria was very helpful and insightful through out our home purchasing journey. Always provided all the detailed information we needed to have it go smoothly. The rest of the team such also helped us out and were patient with us as we tried to provide all the information needed from us. Tania is not afraid of the adversary! Period. When my loan process was going in a unchartered area I could rely upon Tania to straddle the situation professionally and patiently. Tania never raised her voice at me. Tania never seemed frustrated with my questions and concerns. She is a real expert.

Well,, there were aspects that were absolutely nerve wracking, and honestly, nearing the end, I became a very grumpy person. Team Tania, especially Tania, did a lot of hand holding, and reassuring. I honestly don't think I could have made it without Mo Goodarzi and Tania Murray. Thank you!!!!! ??
