Tania and Richard were incredible. They were very thorough and provided a stress free, comfortable, and professional experience for a 1st time home buyer. I tried 2 other so called preferred lenders that Carefree Homes recommended prior to landing with Tania Murray and Richard Hekking, the others are no where near the standard. Denice Herrera was our loan officer, and she always responded quickly and informed us of positive (and the difficult parts) of our mortgage process. I called Ms. Murray initially to get our loan started, and she answered immediately and began the process.
