I am a first time home buyer, and Paulina could not be more helpful, accessible, or kind. Even my real estate agent wants to work with her more.Paulina navigated me through the entire process, and took extra time to explain forms, disclosures needed, and priorities in the loan process (appraisals, inspections, etc.). I would not hesitate to have her help me again with another loan or purchase.

Initially turned down by other lenders and advised to wait. But the home we wanted wasn't going to wait. Tania and her Team guided us through the process from preparation to closing. Helped us meet our timelines and always kept us at ease. Especially during the processing moments. We are very thankful to Tania and her Team. Denice and Sandra for the great care we received.

She worked her hardest to get everything done within the 30 day period. She got our escrow to pay off my husbands car we weren't expecting that nor we're we expecting to get money back. At first it was a rocky start on communicating because all of our schedules. But I am most pleased and so is my husband. We already told a few family and friends to go to Tania and Marcelo.

I'm a real estate agent and I trust my clients to Tania. When she gives them a pre approval, I know that it's solid and she always comes through. My clients receive professional and expert service. Her team is knowledgeable and ahead of the game. If an issue ever comes up, Tania always goes out of her way to resolve it. I've even trusted my personal home loan to her because Tania is the best!
