Being a first time buyer Denise and Tanya had made the process of buying not so hard . We were nervous scared of the unknown and Denise started by educating us about our credit to make it better and they reassured us through all the way everything will be ok... being that we work out of town, they made it work . Throughout the missed calls phone tags before we knew it a date was given to close .. Thank you so much

They got us approved and closed in under a month for our new home. Everyone on Team Tania was so helpful and always available to answer questions and walk us through the process. Tania was very thorough in explaining the loan to us and giving advice on escrows and down payments. Tania also got us an insanely low interest rate and we could not be more excited. Could not recommend Tania and her team enough!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Loan People to secure financing for my new home, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the support of Sr. Loan Officer Maria Macias and her fantastic coworker Anna Valles. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to guide my wife and me through every step of the funding process. Maria and Anna were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable and even enjoyable. Their dedication to their clients is evident, and it truly felt like we had a strong team behind us. They explained everything clearly and were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small.
