Superb response time. Our urgency became her urgency. Great communication. Any questions we had, (probably annoying questions) Tania and her team were very quick to respond to us and ease our minds. She and her team worked closely with us, every step of the way. I would highly recommend her.

This is the third home I have bought over the years, and by far, this latest purchase has been the most pleasurable home-buying experience I have had to date. The folks at LoanPeaople are consummate professionals. Their entire team walked my wife and I through every step of the process, making sure that we were informed and updated at all times. So, when it came time for closing, nothing was a surprise, and we closed on our lovely home way ahead of schedule. I have already begun recommending all my friends and family to LoanPeople for their mortgage needs.

Sandra, my loan officer, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me throughout this process. She was able to guide me through several changes of property and in the end helped me to get my dream home. With her advice, I was able to get an awesome rate of 2.75 on my new home.
