The entire team from the beginning was very kind and respectful, communicative and responsible. They were always on the lookout for the paperwork and paperwork corresponding to the file. She worked her hardest to get everything done within the 30 day period. She got our escrow to pay off my husbands car we weren't expecting that nor we're we expecting to get money back. At first it was a rocky start on communicating because all of our schedules. But I am most pleased and so is my husband. We already told a few family and friends to go to Tania and Marcelo.

The communication with Tania Campain, Denice Hererra, April Lopez, and Sandra Rosales was excellent and reassuring. Cooperated with me on my wishes to use a VA Home Loan and stood by me. My credit history was considered non-existent because it had been too long to track payment history. [The Company] decided to do a traditional credit monitoring to try and get me approved for a loan.
