All of the Team was very knowledgeable, customer oriented and regularly communicated throughout the entire loan process. Mr. Alberto Guzman personally met with us and answered all of our questions and checked in on us every step of the way. We think buying a house in El Paso is currently quite a lengthy complicated process. Since it was our first time buying we did not expect it to take so long and have so many roadblocks. Rudy was great at helping us along the process and making sure we were able to close. He is always available and works extremely hard to assist his clients. We would use Rudy again the next time we buy.

This is the third home I have bought over the years, and by far, this latest purchase has been the most pleasurable home-buying experience I have had to date. The folks at LoanPeaople are consummate professionals. Their entire team walked my wife and I through every step of the process, making sure that we were informed and updated at all times. So, when it came time for closing, nothing was a surprise, and we closed on our lovely home way ahead of schedule.
