Tania and her team member Sandra were AWESOME!. They kept me inform every step of the way and answered every single time I called. The most exciting part of working with them was the simple fact they qualified the buyer and closed the transaction within 21 days! They took the time to explain the whole financial process to my client.

She worked her hardest to get everything done within the 30 day period. She got our escrow to pay off my husbands car we weren't expecting that nor we're we expecting to get money back. At first it was a rocky start on communicating because all of our schedules. But I am most pleased and so is my husband. We already told a few family and friends to go to Tania and Marcelo.
