Tania and her team was able to get documents ready very quickly for us to close. We were happy with the overall service but we did mention we didn't want an escrow account. Working on getting rid of that next year.

Rudy make himself available via email, text message, and by phone calls. This was my first time buying a house so I had lots of questions, probably to many. Even though it was hard for him to answer every question right away, before we close he did answer every question, yea all 1,000 questions I had. The most important thing here is that my family and I are living the dream with our new house. Thank you Rudy.
