Being a first time buyer Denise and Tanya had made the process of buying not so hard . We were nervous scared of the unknown and Denise started by educating us about our credit to make it better and they reassured us through all the way everything will be ok... being that we work out of town, they made it work . Throughout the missed calls phone tags before we knew it a date was given to close .. Thank you so much

Even my real estate agent wants to work with her more.Paulina navigated me through the entire process, and took extra time to explain forms, disclosures needed, and priorities in the loan process (appraisals, inspections, etc.).
