I appreciate Tania reaching out to me directly, and working with Janet and me to insure the transaction was closed on time. She did everything she could to control even the controllables presented by underwriting. I'm asking that underlying completely review a file at least 3 weeks prior to closing instead of 3 day prior to closing. Tania worked feverishly to overcome the obstacles and I applaud her for that.

I had previously explored our refinance options. I was impressed by the potential terms offered and the loan representative. Unfortunately, the conditions for refinancing were not favorable at the time. Four months later, our refinance conditions were more favorable. Paulina responded and, again, the proposed terms were good and she expressed excellent knowledge, patience with our questions and helpfulness. The other loan company offered the same terms but we went with Paulina because we felt that she was more personable and would provide more care. We were right! Paulina provided excellent guidance through the process and continued to be patient, knowledgeable and caring. The original estimate was 45 days for the refinance process. Because of Paulina's follow through, we were signing loan documents in about 30 days! We were kept apprised of our loan status in real time and we were advised of any documentation needed immediately. I would not hesitate recommending her to my friends and family who may need to finance/refinance their homes. I will also be going to Paulina for any future financing needs.
