The communication with Tania Campain, Denice Hererra, April Lopez, and Sandra Rosales was excellent and reassuring. Cooperated with me on my wishes to use a VA Home Loan and stood by me. My credit history was considered non-existent because it had been too long to track payment history. [The Company] decided to do a traditional credit monitoring to try and get me approved for a loan. It worked and I'm very grateful. Thank You all so much! I'm a very happy home buyer.

Initially turned down by other lenders and advised to wait. But the home we wanted wasn't going to wait. Tania and her Team guided us through the process from preparation to closing.
