During what can be a stressful time (buying new home/mortgage application), Tania and her team made the experience much less so by being in constant contact and thoroughly explaining the variety of documents and processes that needed to occur. We would have absolutely no reservation about recommending her to anyone we know that may be in the market.

The thing I love most about working with Tania and her team is that when I get an approval letter from them for a client, I KNOW that my clients are good to close and we are closing once we are contract. The communication is 100% the whole way through. Tania and her team are a whole level above the rest!

Our team worked hard to make sure we had everything we asked for from the builders (who were difficult at times) and made sure to have us closed by the original closing date that we were told from months in advance even though the builders made it difficult for them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Loan People to secure financing for my new home, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the support of Sr. Loan Officer Maria Macias and her fantastic coworker Anna Valles.
