I appreciate that Tania followed up with me after having a challenging moment in hearing some of the numbers. She helped reassure me that it was normal because I am not used to doing this every day so that was comforting. The thing I love most about working with Tania and her team is that when I get an approval letter from them for a client, I KNOW that my clients are good to close and we are closing once we are contract. Even my real estate agent wants to work with her more.Paulina navigated me through the entire process, and took extra time to explain forms, disclosures needed, and priorities in the loan process (appraisals, inspections, etc.). I would not hesitate to have her help me again with another loan or purchase.
