She worked her hardest to get everything done within the 30 day period. She got our escrow to pay off my husbands car we weren't expecting that nor we're we expecting to get money back. At first it was a rocky start on communicating because all of our schedules. But I am most pleased and so is my husband. We already told a few family and friends to go to Tania and Marcelo.

I appreciate that Tania followed up with me after having a challenging moment in hearing some of the numbers. She helped reassure me that it was normal because I am not used to doing this every day so that was comforting. I think she went far out of her way to make sure my family was taken care of and at the end when we signed that's exactly what it was, exceeded my expectations. Thank you Tania!

As a realtor we always want to have a lender that responds to calls, emails or texts within the day. Tania's team was on it, they responded not only to me, but to my clients. My clients did not have internet access and were being reached out to and also they had no issues contacting anyone for questions or concerns, they even received a lower interest rate, which was wonderful for them. They genuinely took care of my buyers that are 85 years young. Super impressed, Thank you.
