Being a first time buyer Denise and Tanya had made the process of buying not so hard . We were nervous scared of the unknown and Denise started by educating us about our credit to make it better and they reassured us through all the way everything will be ok... being that we work out of town, they made it work . The thing I love most about working with Tania and her team is that when I get an approval letter from them for a client, I KNOW that my clients are good to close and we are closing once we are contract.
