Tania and Richard were incredible. They were very thorough and provided a stress free, comfortable, and professional experience for a 1st time home buyer. I tried 2 other so called preferred lenders that Carefree Homes recommended prior to landing with Tania Murray and Richard Hekking, the others are no where near the standard. Rudy make himself available via email, text message, and by phone calls. This was my first time buying a house so I had lots of questions, probably to many. Even though it was hard for him to answer every question right away, before we close he did answer every question, yea all 1,000 questions I had. The most important thing here is that my family and I are living the dream with our new house. Thank you Rudy.
