Tania's team were proactive in all they did and assisted us with the documents I needed to send for the underwriters. They were organized, provided the lowest interest rate in the three mortgage companies I used, and, in the end, everything they said they would do was exactly what happened. Tania and her team were total professionals throughout! By far the best home purchase experience in the five homes I purchased. I would HIGHLY recommend Tania's team to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Rudy worked hard to help us get our home, even when the lender's people were not cooperating fully. The process was long and drawn-out, more so than usual due to some roadblocks, but in the end everything was resolved and we got our new home! Thank you!
