The best home buying experience we have ever had. Tania Murray and her team, specifically Denice Herrera; made the process of home buying a joyful experience. In this very difficult market, they ensured we were updated on a regular basis, paperwork and forms were timely, we were briefed daily on the fluctuating interest rates. Tania and her team was able to get documents ready very quickly for us to close. We were happy with the overall service but we did mention we didn't want an escrow account. Working on getting rid of that next year.
