She helped me a lot. Went above and beyond in every aspect to make my experience and my dream of getting the home I wanted true. Even during stressful times she jumped to the task and got it done! I've dealt with 5 loan officers, and I have to say Maria is the best one by FAR. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone who is purchasing a new home.

They got us approved and closed in under a month for our new home. Everyone on Team Tania was so helpful and always available to answer questions and walk us through the process. Tania was very thorough in explaining the loan to us and giving advice on escrows and down payments. Tania also got us an insanely low interest rate and we could not be more excited. Could not recommend Tania and her team enough!

I had previously explored our refinance options. I was impressed by the potential terms offered and the loan representative. Unfortunately, the conditions for refinancing were not favorable at the time. Four months later, our refinance conditions were more favorable. Paulina responded and, again, the proposed terms were good and she expressed excellent knowledge, patience with our questions and helpfulness. The other loan company offered the same terms but we went with Paulina because we felt that she was more personable and would provide more care. We were right! Paulina provided excellent guidance through the process and continued to be patient, knowledgeable and caring. The original estimate was 45 days for the refinance process. Because of Paulina's follow through, we were signing loan documents in about 30 days! We were kept apprised of our loan status in real time and we were advised of any documentation needed immediately. I would not hesitate recommending her to my friends and family who may need to finance/refinance their homes. I will also be going to Paulina for any future financing needs.

We think buying a house in El Paso is currently quite a lengthy complicated process. Since it was our first time buying we did not expect it to take so long and have so many roadblocks. Rudy was great at helping us along the process and making sure we were able to close. He is always available and works extremely hard to assist his clients. We would use Rudy again the next time we buy.
