My goodness where do I start… I am a 9 year active duty veteran. I became self employed after service, always filed my taxes and paid an above average back to the IRS every year. I tried numerous “veteran” lenders and would only get approved for 100-150k which just didn’t make sense. I was referred to EMI Funding and spoke to Maria Macias. Submitted my taxes returns and the amount I was looking to get approved… by the next day Maria had told me I was approved for more than the amount I asked for. The process for purchasing my home took approximately less than a month from to finish. I was getting ready to simply rent another home until I decided to try one more time. I’m glad and truly grateful for the decision and outcome. Thank you again Maria and everyone else involved in the process!

Rudy make himself available via email, text message, and by phone calls. This was my first time buying a house so I had lots of questions, probably to many. Even though it was hard for him to answer every question right away, before we close he did answer every question, yea all 1,000 questions I had.
