Our team worked hard to make sure we had everything we asked for from the builders (who were difficult at times) and made sure to have us closed by the original closing date that we were told from months in advance even though the builders made it difficult for them.

I appreciate Tania reaching out to me directly, and working with Janet and me to insure the transaction was closed on time. She did everything she could to control even the controllables presented by underwriting. I'm asking that underlying completely review a file at least 3 weeks prior to closing instead of 3 day prior to closing. Tania worked feverishly to overcome the obstacles and I applaud her for that.

Tania and her team, especially Sandra Rosales, made this a very smooth and easy process for us. Sandra went above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had as well as respond to any emails or calls in a timely manner. They really made our loan process stress free and enjoyable.
