I recently had the pleasure of working with Loan People to secure financing for my new home, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the support of Sr. Loan Officer Maria Macias and her fantastic coworker Anna Valles. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to guide my wife and me through every step of the funding process. Maria and Anna were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable and even enjoyable. Their dedication to their clients is evident, and it truly felt like we had a strong team behind us. They explained everything clearly and were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. It's also worth noting that the efficiency and professionalism didn’t end with Maria and Anna; the entire team at Loan People worked seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure everything went smoothly. Denice Herrera was our loan officer, and she always responded quickly and informed us of positive (and the difficult parts) of our mortgage process. I called Ms. Murray initially to get our loan started, and she answered immediately and began the process.

The process turned out to be longer because the builder was behind schedule. During this time was very stressful for myself but the team that was working on my loan was very helpful and able to give me advice to take some of the stress away
