Tania is not afraid of the adversary! Period. When my loan process was going in a unchartered area I could rely upon Tania to straddle the situation professionally and patiently. Tania never raised her voice at me. Tania never seemed frustrated with my questions and concerns. She is a real expert.

We were put in contact with her and she immediately started the process. Once we had completed gathering the required information, she began the pre approval process. It was within a day or so that she informed us that we were preapproved for the requested dollar amount and followed it up with a written pre approval letter. We would recommend Paulina to thers seeking a new home.
