As a realtor we always want to have a lender that responds to calls, emails or texts within the day. Tania's team was on it, they responded not only to me, but to my clients. My clients did not have internet access and were being reached out to and also they had no issues contacting anyone for questions or concerns, they even received a lower interest rate, which was wonderful for them.
