Rudy make himself available via email, text message, and by phone calls. This was my first time buying a house so I had lots of questions, probably to many. Even though it was hard for him to answer every question right away, before we close he did answer every question, yea all 1,000 questions I had. Our team worked hard to make sure we had everything we asked for from the builders (who were difficult at times) and made sure to have us closed by the original closing date that we were told from months in advance even though the builders made it difficult for them.
