Rudy is a customer focus oriented person. We received an awsom service forma him, his recomendetions where acertive and conduct us to easly take the proper decitions in the purchase process as well on the credit aolication process.

We were put in contact with her and she immediately started the process. Once we had completed gathering the required information, she began the pre approval process. It was within a day or so that she informed us that we were preapproved for the requested dollar amount and followed it up with a written pre approval letter. We would recommend Paulina to thers seeking a new home.
