We initially were uncertain if we could purchase a home, but Tania and her team guided us through every option we had, helped us accelerate the process while keeping everyone in the loop because of the pandemic going on we were updated every step of the way as to what was happening and being done to get us to close fast!!

Tania and her team helped with a very difficult transaction but they never gave up on helping the buyers. The knowledge of the lending process that Tania has is what helped get this home purchase to the closing table. I had previously explored our refinance options. I was impressed by the potential terms offered and the loan representative. Unfortunately, the conditions for refinancing were not favorable at the time. Four months later, our refinance conditions were more favorable. Paulina responded and, again, the proposed terms were good and she expressed excellent knowledge, patience with our questions and helpfulness. The other loan company offered the same terms but we went with Paulina because we felt that she was more personable and would provide more care. We were right! Paulina provided excellent guidance through the process and continued to be patient, knowledgeable and caring. The original estimate was 45 days for the refinance process. Because of Paulina's follow through, we were signing loan documents in about 30 days! We were kept apprised of our loan status in real time and we were advised of any documentation needed immediately. I would not hesitate recommending her to my friends and family who may need to finance/refinance their homes. I will also be going to Paulina for any future financing needs.

My goodness where do I start… I am a 9 year active duty veteran. I became self employed after service, always filed my taxes and paid an above average back to the IRS every year. I tried numerous “veteran” lenders and would only get approved for 100-150k which just didn’t make sense. I was referred to EMI Funding and spoke to Maria Macias. Submitted my taxes returns and the amount I was looking to get approved… by the next day Maria had told me I was approved for more than the amount I asked for. The process for purchasing my home took approximately less than a month from to finish. I was getting ready to simply rent another home until I decided to try one more time. I’m glad and truly grateful for the decision and outcome. Thank you again Maria and everyone else involved in the process!
