Tania is not afraid of the adversary! Period. When my loan process was going in a unchartered area I could rely upon Tania to straddle the situation professionally and patiently. Tania never raised her voice at me. Tania never seemed frustrated with my questions and concerns. She is a real expert.

Rudy is a very friendly person with whom I felt conformable asking questions. The refinancing process is a complicated endeavor for outsiders. I got a great refinancing rate and more than anything I am leaving my current financial institution. Thanks Rudy
