This is the third home I have bought over the years, and by far, this latest purchase has been the most pleasurable home-buying experience I have had to date. The folks at LoanPeaople are consummate professionals. Their entire team walked my wife and I through every step of the process, making sure that we were informed and updated at all times. So, when it came time for closing, nothing was a surprise, and we closed on our lovely home way ahead of schedule. I had previously explored our refinance options. I was impressed by the potential terms offered and the loan representative. Unfortunately, the conditions for refinancing were not favorable at the time. Four months later, our refinance conditions were more favorable. Paulina responded and, again, the proposed terms were good and she expressed excellent knowledge, patience with our questions and helpfulness. The other loan company offered the same terms but we went with Paulina because we felt that she was more personable and would provide more care. We were right! Paulina provided excellent guidance through the process and continued to be patient, knowledgeable and caring. The original estimate was 45 days for the refinance process. Because of Paulina's follow through, we were signing loan documents in about 30 days! We were kept apprised of our loan status in real time and we were advised of any documentation needed immediately. I would not hesitate recommending her to my friends and family who may need to finance/refinance their homes. I will also be going to Paulina for any future financing needs.
