I recently had the pleasure of working with Loan People to secure financing for my new home, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the support of Sr. Loan Officer Maria Macias and her fantastic coworker Anna Valles. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to guide my wife and me through every step of the funding process. Maria and Anna were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable and even enjoyable. Their dedication to their clients is evident, and it truly felt like we had a strong team behind us. They explained everything clearly and were always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. During what can be a stressful time (buying new home/mortgage application), Tania and her team made the experience much less so by being in constant contact and thoroughly explaining the variety of documents and processes that needed to occur. We would have absolutely no reservation about recommending her to anyone we know that may be in the market.

After working we Tania and her team, we felt silly putting off a home purchase, thinking it was too stressful. They made the process so easy, we would call from time to time just to see if there was anything we needed to do on our end, only to be assured that we were on the right track every step of the way.
