The process was explained to us in great detail and we felt comfortable moving forward with a loan. It was our first house purchase so it really helped having Tania be very straightforward and open with us about our options.

My goodness where do I start… I am a 9 year active duty veteran. I became self employed after service, always filed my taxes and paid an above average back to the IRS every year. I tried numerous “veteran” lenders and would only get approved for 100-150k which just didn’t make sense. I was referred to EMI Funding and spoke to Maria Macias. Submitted my taxes returns and the amount I was looking to get approved… by the next day Maria had told me I was approved for more than the amount I asked for. The process for purchasing my home took approximately less than a month from to finish. I was getting ready to simply rent another home until I decided to try one more time. I’m glad and truly grateful for the decision and outcome. Thank you again Maria and everyone else involved in the process!
