The communication with Tania Campain, Denice Hererra, April Lopez, and Sandra Rosales was excellent and reassuring. Cooperated with me on my wishes to use a VA Home Loan and stood by me. My credit history was considered non-existent because it had been too long to track payment history. [The Company] decided to do a traditional credit monitoring to try and get me approved for a loan. It worked and I'm very grateful. Thank You all so much! I'm a very happy home buyer.

After working we Tania and her team, we felt silly putting off a home purchase, thinking it was too stressful. They made the process so easy, we would call from time to time just to see if there was anything we needed to do on our end, only to be assured that we were on the right track every step of the way.
