Being a first time buyer Denise and Tanya had made the process of buying not so hard . We were nervous scared of the unknown and Denise started by educating us about our credit to make it better and they reassured us through all the way everything will be ok... being that we work out of town, they made it work . Throughout the missed calls phone tags before we knew it a date was given to close .. Thank you so much

Tania is not afraid of the adversary! Period. When my loan process was going in a unchartered area I could rely upon Tania to straddle the situation professionally and patiently. Tania never raised her voice at me. Tania never seemed frustrated with my questions and concerns. She is a real expert.
