Even my real estate agent wants to work with her more.Paulina navigated me through the entire process, and took extra time to explain forms, disclosures needed, and priorities in the loan process (appraisals, inspections, etc.). I would not hesitate to have her help me again with another loan or purchase.

The only room for improvement was that there several more people involved in the process without being introduced first; this then caused us to doubt if the follow up e-mails by other people were scam, and we were worried our information had been shared with unknown people.

She worked her hardest to get everything done within the 30 day period. She got our escrow to pay off my husbands car we weren't expecting that nor we're we expecting to get money back. At first it was a rocky start on communicating because all of our schedules. But I am most pleased and so is my husband. We already told a few family and friends to go to Tania and Marcelo.
