Superb response time. Our urgency became her urgency. Great communication. Any questions we had, (probably annoying questions) Tania and her team were very quick to respond to us and ease our minds. She and her team worked closely with us, every step of the way. I would highly recommend her.

She worked her hardest to get everything done within the 30 day period. She got our escrow to pay off my husbands car we weren't expecting that nor we're we expecting to get money back. At first it was a rocky start on communicating because all of our schedules. But I am most pleased and so is my husband. We already told a few family and friends to go to Tania and Marcelo.

During these unprecedented times we took advantage of an opportunity to lower our payments through refinancing our home. The process was quick and easy but most of all fast. Our advisor provided us with various options and made those options easy to understand. This is the second time we've worked with [Tania].
