They provided the best experience imagined. Sandra and Tania made this transaction a very personal experience. They were on their A game. Very smooth and easy. I most definitely recommend you leave your loan in their hands. Though pressured by our closing date , out of their control, they made it so easy and we all kept our composure. No worries what so ever. I can go on and on about how great and satisfied I am with their service but you need to go through it yourself to understand where I’m coming from. They came through with EVERYTHING we discussed during the whole process until closing. Team Tania rocked it !!! Thank you EMI lending for getting us into our beautiful new home.

The process turned out to be longer because the builder was behind schedule. During this time was very stressful for myself but the team that was working on my loan was very helpful and able to give me advice to take some of the stress away
