Maria was very helpful and insightful through out our home purchasing journey. Always provided all the detailed information we needed to have it go smoothly. The rest of the team such also helped us out and were patient with us as we tried to provide all the information needed from us. During what can be a stressful time (buying new home/mortgage application), Tania and her team made the experience much less so by being in constant contact and thoroughly explaining the variety of documents and processes that needed to occur.
