Sandra Rosales made the process as easy as possible. As a first time home buyer I think my process was handled in a timely manner and was very informative on every step of the whole process. Everyone involved was also very helpful. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I had previously explored our refinance options. I was impressed by the potential terms offered and the loan representative. Unfortunately, the conditions for refinancing were not favorable at the time. Four months later, our refinance conditions were more favorable. Paulina responded and, again, the proposed terms were good and she expressed excellent knowledge, patience with our questions and helpfulness. The other loan company offered the same terms but we went with Paulina because we felt that she was more personable and would provide more care. We were right! Paulina provided excellent guidance through the process and continued to be patient, knowledgeable and caring. The original estimate was 45 days for the refinance process. Because of Paulina's follow through, we were signing loan documents in about 30 days! We were kept apprised of our loan status in real time and we were advised of any documentation needed immediately. I would not hesitate recommending her to my friends and family who may need to finance/refinance their homes. I will also be going to Paulina for any future financing needs.

As a realtor we always want to have a lender that responds to calls, emails or texts within the day. Tania's team was on it, they responded not only to me, but to my clients. My clients did not have internet access and were being reached out to and also they had no issues contacting anyone for questions or concerns, they even received a lower interest rate, which was wonderful for them. They genuinely took care of my buyers that are 85 years young. Super impressed, Thank you.

What made this experience great was the communication between both parties. I believe communication is key when conducting business. Effective communication allows things to run smooth and efficient in order to get things done in a timely manner.
