The best home buying experience we have ever had. Tania Murray and her team, specifically Denice Herrera; made the process of home buying a joyful experience. In this very difficult market, they ensured we were updated on a regular basis, paperwork and forms were timely, we were briefed daily on the fluctuating interest rates. Tania and Denice ensured all documents were perfect and they updated us at every phase and we closed quickly. Thank you both very much..PROFESSIONALS.

I had previously explored our refinance options. I was impressed by the potential terms offered and the loan representative. Unfortunately, the conditions for refinancing were not favorable at the time. Four months later, our refinance conditions were more favorable. Paulina responded and, again, the proposed terms were good and she expressed excellent knowledge, patience with our questions and helpfulness. The other loan company offered the same terms but we went with Paulina because we felt that she was more personable and would provide more care. We were right! Paulina provided excellent guidance through the process and continued to be patient, knowledgeable and caring. The original estimate was 45 days for the refinance process. Because of Paulina's follow through, we were signing loan documents in about 30 days! We were kept apprised of our loan status in real time and we were advised of any documentation needed immediately. I would not hesitate recommending her to my friends and family who may need to finance/refinance their homes. I will also be going to Paulina for any future financing needs.

Rudy make himself available via email, text message, and by phone calls. This was my first time buying a house so I had lots of questions, probably to many. Even though it was hard for him to answer every question right away, before we close he did answer every question, yea all 1,000 questions I had. The most important thing here is that my family and I are living the dream with our new house. Thank you Rudy.

What made this experience great was the communication between both parties. I believe communication is key when conducting business. Effective communication allows things to run smooth and efficient in order to get things done in a timely manner. They provided the best experience imagined. Sandra and Tania made this transaction a very personal experience. They were on their A game. Very smooth and easy. I most definitely recommend you leave your loan in their hands. Though pressured by our closing date , out of their control, they made it so easy and we all kept our composure. No worries what so ever. I can go on and on about how great and satisfied I am with their service but you need to go through it yourself to understand where I’m coming from. They came through with EVERYTHING we discussed during the whole process until closing. Team Tania rocked it !!! Thank you EMI lending for getting us into our beautiful new home.
