We think buying a house in El Paso is currently quite a lengthy complicated process. Since it was our first time buying we did not expect it to take so long and have so many roadblocks. Rudy was great at helping us along the process and making sure we were able to close. He is always available and works extremely hard to assist his clients. We would use Rudy again the next time we buy.

The communication with Tania Campain, Denice Hererra, April Lopez, and Sandra Rosales was excellent and reassuring. Cooperated with me on my wishes to use a VA Home Loan and stood by me. My credit history was considered non-existent because it had been too long to track payment history. [The Company] decided to do a traditional credit monitoring to try and get me approved for a loan.
