Tania's team were proactive in all they did and assisted us with the documents I needed to send for the underwriters. They were organized, provided the lowest interest rate in the three mortgage companies I used, and, in the end, everything they said they would do was exactly what happened. Tania and her team were total professionals throughout! By far the best home purchase experience in the five homes I purchased. I would HIGHLY recommend Tania's team to anyone looking to purchase a home.

During what can be a stressful time (buying new home/mortgage application), Tania and her team made the experience much less so by being in constant contact and thoroughly explaining the variety of documents and processes that needed to occur.
