I appreciate that Tania followed up with me after having a challenging moment in hearing some of the numbers. She helped reassure me that it was normal because I am not used to doing this every day so that was comforting. Going through the mortgage process can be very frustrating and time consuming. If you are shopping for a lender please contact Paulina, she was the most pleasant, kind, and transparent loan originator I have had the pleasure of working with. She made herself available 24/7 and always kept me updated through the whole process. We closed within the time specified and even the title company was impressed.
