The thing I love most about working with Tania and her team is that when I get an approval letter from them for a client, I KNOW that my clients are good to close and we are closing once we are contract. The communication is 100% the whole way through. Tania and her team are a whole level above the rest!

Tania and her team member Sandra were AWESOME!. They kept me inform every step of the way and answered every single time I called. The most exciting part of working with them was the simple fact they qualified the buyer and closed the transaction within 21 days! As a realtor we always want to have a lender that responds to calls, emails or texts within the day. Tania's team was on it, they responded not only to me, but to my clients. My clients did not have internet access and were being reached out to and also they had no issues contacting anyone for questions or concerns, they even received a lower interest rate, which was wonderful for them. They genuinely took care of my buyers that are 85 years young. Super impressed, Thank you.
