Tania's team was very diligent in making this file work. There was several things that popped up on the buyers credit and situation out of everyone's control. Through creativity and thinking outside the box was able to get us to the closing table.

Going through the mortgage process can be very frustrating and time consuming. If you are shopping for a lender please contact Paulina, she was the most pleasant, kind, and transparent loan originator I have had the pleasure of working with. She made herself available 24/7 and always kept me updated through the whole process. We closed within the time specified and even the title company was impressed. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Paulina.

I appreciate Tania reaching out to me directly, and working with Janet and me to insure the transaction was closed on time. She did everything she could to control even the controllables presented by underwriting. I'm asking that underlying completely review a file at least 3 weeks prior to closing instead of 3 day prior to closing. Tania worked feverishly to overcome the obstacles and I applaud her for that.
