I'm a real estate agent and I trust my clients to Tania. When she gives them a pre approval, I know that it's solid and she always comes through. My clients receive professional and expert service. Her team is knowledgeable and ahead of the game. If an issue ever comes up, Tania always goes out of her way to resolve it. I've even trusted my personal home loan to her because Tania is the best!

What made this experience great was the communication between both parties. I believe communication is key when conducting business. Effective communication allows things to run smooth and efficient in order to get things done in a timely manner. Going through the mortgage process can be very frustrating and time consuming. If you are shopping for a lender please contact Paulina, she was the most pleasant, kind, and transparent loan originator I have had the pleasure of working with. She made herself available 24/7 and always kept me updated through the whole process. We closed within the time specified and even the title company was impressed.
