Tania and her team helped with a very difficult transaction but they never gave up on helping the buyers. The knowledge of the lending process that Tania has is what helped get this home purchase to the closing table. Well,, there were aspects that were absolutely nerve wracking, and honestly, nearing the end, I became a very grumpy person. Team Tania, especially Tania, did a lot of hand holding, and reassuring. I honestly don't think I could have made it without Mo Goodarzi and Tania Murray. Thank you!!!!! ??

Going through the mortgage process can be very frustrating and time consuming. If you are shopping for a lender please contact Paulina, she was the most pleasant, kind, and transparent loan originator I have had the pleasure of working with. She made herself available 24/7 and always kept me updated through the whole process. We closed within the time specified and even the title company was impressed. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Paulina.

We were put in contact with her and she immediately started the process. Once we had completed gathering the required information, she began the pre approval process. It was within a day or so that she informed us that we were preapproved for the requested dollar amount and followed it up with a written pre approval letter. We would recommend Paulina to thers seeking a new home.

What made this experience great was the communication between both parties. I believe communication is key when conducting business.
