Sandra, my loan officer, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me throughout this process. She was able to guide me through several changes of property and in the end helped me to get my dream home. With her advice, I was able to get an awesome rate of 2.75 on my new home. Tania and her team helped with a very difficult transaction but they never gave up on helping the buyers. The knowledge of the lending process that Tania has is what helped get this home purchase to the closing table. We think buying a house in El Paso is currently quite a lengthy complicated process. Since it was our first time buying we did not expect it to take so long and have so many roadblocks. Rudy was great at helping us along the process and making sure we were able to close. He is always available and works extremely hard to assist his clients. We would use Rudy again the next time we buy.

The best home buying experience we have ever had. Tania Murray and her team, specifically Denice Herrera; made the process of home buying a joyful experience. In this very difficult market, they ensured we were updated on a regular basis, paperwork and forms were timely, we were briefed daily on the fluctuating interest rates.
