Being a first time buyer Denise and Tanya had made the process of buying not so hard . We were nervous scared of the unknown and Denise started by educating us about our credit to make it better and they reassured us through all the way everything will be ok... being that we work out of town, they made it work . During these unprecedented times we took advantage of an opportunity to lower our payments through refinancing our home. The process was quick and easy but most of all fast. Our advisor provided us with various options and made those options easy to understand. This is the second time we've worked with [Tania].
