They got us approved and closed in under a month for our new home. Everyone on Team Tania was so helpful and always available to answer questions and walk us through the process. Tania was very thorough in explaining the loan to us and giving advice on escrows and down payments. Tania also got us an insanely low interest rate and we could not be more excited. Could not recommend Tania and her team enough!

During these unprecedented times we took advantage of an opportunity to lower our payments through refinancing our home. The process was quick and easy but most of all fast. The thing I love most about working with Tania and her team is that when I get an approval letter from them for a client, I KNOW that my clients are good to close and we are closing once we are contract.
